Easy Home Finance Ltd (EASY), a mortgage technology company, with ICICI Home Finance Company Limited (ICICI HFC), announced that it has entered into a co-lending partnership to disburse affordable home loans in the country.
This partnership will leverage ICICI HFC’s expertise in the affordable housing segment and EASY’s technology capabilities to enable rapid disbursement of affordable home loans, it said in a press release.
The co-creation, underwriting and disbursement activities of both parties will allow for a seamless process for new home buyers. Easy’s asset-based Neo Banking Mortgage model and greater reach for digital home loans combined with ICICI HFC’s rural-urban connection will help customers get a home loan faster, the statement added.

Easy Home Finance Limited had earlier announced a MaaS (Mortage as a Service) partnership with ESAF Bank. The company previously raised its Series A funding round from domestic private equity firm Xponentia Capital, as well as Harbourfront Japan, Finsight VC, RaSa Future Fund, Navida Capital Sweden and Integra Software.
