Noomi Rapace and Jonathan Banks will star in Constellationa new drama series that Apple TV+ ordered to series on Wednesday.
According to the official announcement from the streaming site, Constellation is a “plot-based” ride in which Raptor (The girl with the dragon tattoo, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan) will play Jo, who returns to Earth after a space disaster “only to find that key elements of her life seem to be missing.” The series is described as “an exploration of the dark edges of human psychology, one woman’s desperate quest to expose the truth about the hidden history of space travel and to reclaim everything she has. lost”.

Pierre Harnais (Doctor Who, Wallander) created and wrote the series. Michelle McLaren (breaking Bad, The morning show) will lead. Harness and MacLaren are also among the show’s executive producers. Turbine Studios and Haut et Court TV will produce.
Rapace played Lisbeth Salamander in Swedish films based on Stieg Larsson Millennium novels. Banks, multiple Emmy nominees, first portrayed his Saul Mike Ehrmantruat’s character on Breakup Evil. His TV credits include Community, Chateau, Alarm and modern family.
