Cloud-based lending platform provider Näktergal secures € 1 million



Swedish fintech company Näktergal, which supports financial institutions with cloud platform solutions for digital lending, has raised € 1 million under the leadership of Katalysen & Partners.

Other notable investors are Stefan Backlund, former vice president of marketing and communications at Trustly, Jon Wimmercranz, former group marketing director at Bambora as well as fintech veteran Anette TÃ¥nneryd. The new financing will accelerate its further expansion in Europe, the company already plans to enter Germany in the coming months and support the development of the cloud-based lending platform to drive the transformation of financial institutions to worldwide.

Näktergal’s plug and play cloud banking platform replaces traditional banking technologies, making lending more efficient and easier for banks and end consumers. The Swedish fintech solution supports customers with parts of the flow or end-to-end, making it easy to scale for different organizations. Since its inception in 2015, the company has gained clients ranging from banks to mortgage startups in Sweden and Finland.
